## Description

Watford Big Events is a programme of community focussed outdoor events\. To build on the successes of last year a budget is available for 6 large outdoor events in 2016 of which the Big Beach and the Big Screen are two\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
