## Description

The scope of the works comprises constructing an extension to form an accessible bathroom together with the enlargement of the lounge window to include a French door and side windows and providing a new window to the ground floor bedroom\. Also included will be the construction of a dwarf retaining wall, drainage works, paving and fencing to provide a secure play area\. Tender submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Thursday 21st October 2021
