Princes Parade: Master-planning and Architectural Services

Shepway District Council (the Council) wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of master-planning and architectural services required for a mixed use project to develop land in the ownership of Shepway District Council at Princes Parade, Hythe. The services required are master-planning of the site as a whole and detailed design or parameter plan/design codes for the residential component of the scheme. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 25th May 2016 and will continue for a period of 5 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
