South Street Play Area Development - RBC

Rochdale Borough Council are seeking bids from interested providers for the development works at their South Street Play Area site.

The works include, but are not limited to:

- Removal of old equipment - Provision of wet pour surfacing - Supply of new playground equipment - Installation of new playground equipment

In accordance with Rochdale's Contract Procedure Rules, an open RFQ procedure was utilised under Risk Based Sourcing and 4 bids were received. Massey & Harris (Engineering) Limited were awarded on the basis of most advantageous tender.
