## Description

To provide external enforcement agency services\. The service providers as a minimum will be required to enforce: • Liability Orders for Council Tax and Business Rates\. • County Court Judgements for Sundry Debts • Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery \(CRAR\) in accordance with statutory procedures introduced on 6th April 2014\. A mini competition was undertaken using the YPO DPS for Enforcement Services\.
