## Description

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust have a requirement for the provision of a Neonatal System\. The neonatal system is a national database used to monitor, audit and code the care of babies in SCBU nationally\. There is also a Government led audit NNAP programme which uses the data collected\. This system allows continuity of care for babies transferred to regional hospitals\.
