Work description
A clinical platform that enables 111 and Clinical Hub to support a patient; from answering their call, through a triage process and then an onward referral to an appropriate service dependant on their needs.
The contract will commence from September 2020 for an initial 12 months, with the option to extend in 12 monthly increments, to a total of 4 years.
