## Description

Commissioning of external expertise to enable it to develop its in-house capability to undertake climate adaptation surveys of schools and develop individual and bespoke climate adaptation plans with an emphasis on passive retrofit measures\. As part of this commission, an initial set of pilot surveys will be required to be undertake by the contractor to aid the learning process, with relevant OCC officers in attendance to support the learning process\.
