Hospital Discharge and Peer Mentoring Service for Over 50s

This contract is for the provision of a community base worker with a focus on to support improvements in the quality and capacity of drug and alcohol treatment for three years up until the 31st of March 2025. The decision taken to award this contract for a community based worker was made on 29/06/2023. The contract award was made to the highest scoring bidder, for the reasons including the bidder meeting the essential requirements of the specification
