The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing communal lighting systems at: Phase 1 1-18 Attlee Court, Attlee Road, Hayes, UB4 9JS 1-12 Ayles Court, Ayles Road, Hayes, UB4 9JT 1-12 Phillips Court, Ayles Road, Hayes, UB4 9JU 1-12 Owen Court, Owen Road, Hayes, UB4 9JZ 1-6 Sutherland Court, Owen Road, Hayes, UB4 9JZ 1-6 Barnes House, Henderson Road, Hayes UB4 9JQ 1-6 Graham House, Webbs Road, Hayes UB4 9JL 1-16 Groves House, Bevin Road, Hayes, UB4 9JH 1-18 Milner House, Webbs Road, Hayes, UB4 9JN Phase 2 1-21 Alberta House, Ayles Road, Hayes, UB4 9HQ 1-18 Montreal House, Ayles Road, Hayes, UB4 9HH 1-18 Ottawa House, Ayles Road, Hayes, UB4 9HJ 1-12 Winnipeg House, Greenway, Hayes, UB4 9HL 1-12 Greenway Court, Greenway, Hayes, UB4 9HS 1-12 Barnhill Court, Welbeck Avenue, Hayes UB4 9EZ It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.
