Specialist legal advice for drawing up statutory instrument

The aim of this Contract is for the Supplier to advise government policy officials and legal advisers on legal issues relating to maintaining the coverage of the Crown Guarantee for BTPS members who transfer to the new Openreach; so that officials are able to draft a suitably robust SI. The interaction of the SI with pensions legislation must be taken into account, as well as possible changes to the governance of BT plc and Openreach Limited in the future
