To deliver a modern new office building providing expanded UKAEA office capacity for UKAEA at the Culham Science Centre, with agile working space, new shared meeting facilities and collaborative breakout space, a new staff canteen and coffee bar, external plaza space, and a car parking provision located at the site entrance\. UKAEA is targeting a sustainable new building that meets ambitions for a net-zero campus, built to BREEAM Excellent standard\.
