## Description

The research will be to enable the Authority to commission robust quantitative surveys with various groups, including but not limited to, the general public and businesses; users of the GB surface rail network; and specific groups of rail users - for example, disabled passengers, users of specific routes, specific Train Operating Companies \(TOCs\), or in specific regions\. More broadly, the Authority will use the contract to commission any quantitative research relevant to rail and the rail industry
