## Description

Expressions of Interest are sought for the Council to appoint a suitable market consultant with a sound knowledge and understanding of the local authority street and indoor markets and experience of successfully delivering similar schemes\. The commission is to provide project management support and independent advice for the retender of the Watford Market Management Contract \(WMMC\) project\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
