Work description
Provision of strategic and technical support for Control Room Solutions (CRS) under RM6100 Technology Services 3, Lot 2. This includes two key work packages: (1) The delivering a Strategic Options Paper to review CRS and outline future approaches. (2) Providing Technical Assurance to resolve critical service-impacting issues promptly. Outputs include a comprehensive strategy document and assurance activities to ensure stability and performance of CRS and supporting platforms.
