Condition Surveys for school properties in Herefordshire

The council is looking for a surveying practice to carry out condition surveys on 41 school buildings on 43 sites across Herefordshire. Some of these sites have multiple buildings which include temporary classrooms and outbuildings.

The surveys need to cover the building fabric as well as the mechanical and electrical installations.
