## Description

The Council has procured a contract to award a consultant to develop a masterplan for Stafford Town Centre\. The idea will be that the Masterplan acts as a collective 'vision' document to showcase to investors and developers for the key projects happening in the town as well as being able to communicate this more effectively to our local stakeholders and the public\.
