Evaluation of the performance of the 3 Innovation Centres in Cornwall: Pool Innovation Centre \(PIC\) - Pool; Tremough Innovation Centre \(TIC\) - Penryn; Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre \(HWIC\) - Truro\. The successful contractor will be required to undertake 2 separate evaluations - Annual Survey 2017 - Jan - Mar 2018 and Annual Survey 2018 - Jan - Mar 2019\.
