Provision of Criminal Litigation Services to Marine Management Organisation (MMO) in Eastern Marine Area (Services)

MMO legal team provides legal advice to support MMO functions. However, there remains a need for additional supervised external legal resource in order to properly deal with aspects of criminal litigation arising from the MMO’s lead role in enforcing marine related legislation. The objective of this project is to establish a call-off agreement to cover the provision of external legal support for criminal litigation in the Eastern Marine Area. This is an interim solution while provision of Legal Services is reviewed as part of Defra Transformation
