Rosehill Building Repair & Redecoration Works

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a single supply partner to carry out repair and redecoration works to the Rosehill building at the Falmouth Campus, Woodlane, Falmouth. The works involve the repair and redecoration of parts of the exterior and interior of the above premises prior to the 2022/2023 academic year starting in September. The works specifically include: • Replacement areas of slate hanging. • Repairs to roofs • Repairs to cast iron balcony rails • Investigation of lintol support • External timber repairs • External maintenance • External redecoration The works also include a further area of slate hanging to be carried out to the South Elevation of Tannachie, Wood Lane. Falmouth.
