Warrington Borough Council Road Safety Team wish to develop virtual engagement tools to widen its engagement with business and the public\. Primary role of the information adverts will be to educate drivers on key safety messages in a clear and succinct way\. Adverts will be used on variety of platforms including social media, intranet \(corporate\) and public display \(tv screen at events\)
