GB-Sheffield: Enable Evaluation

This procurement was completed through the Research and Insights DPS RM6126 owned by Crown Commercial Services. This Contract will be let on an initial 12 month contract, with the option to extend by a further 12 months at a value of £240,480.79 across the whole potential term.

The deliverables agreed are to: -assess and review the roll out of the ENABLE Guarantee and ENABLE Funding programmes, providing lessons learned and recommendations for the continuing delivery of the programmes -assess the performance and emerging impacts of the ENABLE Guarantee and ENABLE Funding programmes, both pre and post-Covid -assess the impact on diversity of finance of the ENABLE Guarantee and ENABLE Funding programmes and the benefits for SMEs resulting from diversity of finance
