## Description

To facilitate commencement of the design and construction of the new public toilet facility within the Strand - the need for which has arisen due to the demolition of part of the Strand for Phase 1A - 1C which includes vacated units in the Palatine and the existing toilet facilities under the escalators leading up to Mons Square\.
