Description

The Leisure Transformation Team have agreed funding to relocate the local library to within Woodhouse Close Leisure Centre. As this work has recently been completed for Spennymoor Leisure Centre via a procurement exercise, continuing with the supplier who was awarded to this contract is preferred.
