## Description

The objective of this work will be to support the development of the evaluation framework, by: 1\. Prioritising the benefits listed through: a\. Stakeholder engagement b\. Desk research 2\. Creating a logic model to show how benefits are likely to elicit positive impact 3\. Mapping the data assets against each of the benefits 4\. Assisting the HEU in drafting the framework report
