Hire of Tables, Chairs, Display Boards and Marquees Framework

The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of tables, chairs, display boards and marquees required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Limited when holding events with throughout the City. This will be achieved by dividing into 2 lots: Lot 1 - Award to a single provider to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements at key recurring events. Lot 2 - This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements for any event held throughout the City other than the recurring events held detailed in Lot 2a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event.
