Gentoo Group is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Providers in relation to entering into a four-year framework agreement to provide various works and services within the geographical management area of the City of Sunderland, Houghton/Hetton and Washington. The Framework will be structured as follows Lot 1 - Mechanical Services. Plant Room refurbishments; Communal boiler replacements

Lot 2 - Electrical Services. Communal rewires; Lighting replacements; Fire alarm replacements; Emergency lighting replacements; Storage heater replacements; non-domestic electrical services
