## Description

Tenders are invited for the inspection and maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment in Council owned properties\. Additional information: Please note a part of this service is to provide an emergency service every day of the year\. The Contractor shall be expected to have an engineer on site to attend to the emergency within 4 hours of the emergency call being made\.
