## Description

The contract will require the supplier to: o Audit and then take on the existing support o Provide the licences and support for existing services \(12 months through to 4years\) o Provide a remote diagnostic service as well as attending sites to resolve any issues that cannot be resolved remotely\. o Suggest any upgrades to the network to improve performance / reliability
