Technical advice to Highway structures and VRS group The Client objectives are to:- - Develop the TA2 Framework scheme specific contract and finalise contract signing with the Technical Advisor no later than the end of March 2024. - Undertake a gap analysis of the existing scheme information to deliver renewal works through the Regional Delivery Partnership (RDP) framework with appointment of Technical Advisor and subsequently a Delivery Integration Partner (DIP) contractor. - Review existing Project Control Framework (PCF) standard and assemble a streamlined product matrix tailored to deliver renewal works.
