## Description

Technical advice to Highway structures and VRS group The Client objectives are to:- - Develop the TA2 Framework scheme specific contract and finalise contract signing with the Technical Advisor no later than the end of March 2024\. - Undertake a gap analysis of the existing scheme information to deliver renewal works through the Regional Delivery Partnership \(RDP\) framework with appointment of Technical Advisor and subsequently a Delivery Integration Partner \(DIP\) contractor\. - Review existing Project Control Framework \(PCF\) standard and assemble a streamlined product matrix tailored to deliver renewal works\.
