## Description

This projects purpose is to cleanse, analyse and report on Staff Individualised Record \(SIR\) data from 2018/19, covering data from all type of Further Education \(FE\) provider\. To make the analysis more accessible, we would like to continue with formal written reports, as well as a slide pack and opportunities to use the content for presentations and marketing once the data is ready\. It is anticipated that there will be some small additional analyses required from the data once it is completed\.
