## Description

Since June 2015 external management has supported the implementation of the full DI Operating Model \(DIOM\)\. That work has involved detailed design, development and implementation of a new, pan-organisation operating model for Defence Intelligence\. It has formed the core of DI’s strategic transformation activity that aims to see a fundamental revision and optimisation of its structures, processes and outputs\. Completion of the next phase in the programme is a challenging task and falls in line with the Strategic Defence and Security Review \(SDSR\) 2015 commitments that Defence and JFC have committed to within the Defence Intelligence context\.
