Emh homes are seeking a Contractor to construct 150no\. Split-tenure Dwellings and associated external works and services\. The project consists of 60no\. affordable rent, 53no\. shared ownership, and 37no\. market sale plots\. The affordable rent plots also include 10no\. supported living units within a communal block, 1no\. category 2 bungalow, and 2no, category 3 bungalows\. It is envisaged that the plots will be constructed traditionally\. The first stage is an expression of interest stage\.
