Borough Market Refurbishment Works to Albany Arcade Pop-Ups

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quotation for the refurbishment works to Albany Arcade Pop-Ups at the Halifax Borough Market. The purpose of this refurbishment within the Albany Arcade is to remove existing pop-ups and stalls along the principal elevation and re-instate with new bespoke pop-ups together with ancillary fit out work forming new storage areas. Please see attached specification documents and plans detailing all of the requirements The appointed contractor is expected to deliver the project to prescribed timescales and quality as outlined within the tendering information. Borough Market is a "live" market hall and should not be hindered or disrupted in any way by these works. Site visits are a condition of bidding and dates will be published via the messaging portal.
