Three Mills Green Surface Re-Profiling & Drainage

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for the complete surface re-profiling of Three Mills Green to a convex profile with perimeter soakaway drain. Work to include the excavation and construction of a full perimeter soakaway drain, the cut and possible removal of existing soil and importation and grading of additional soil to form the convex profile. The laying of new turf, watering at specified intervals for a period of time followed by removal of the heras perimeter fencing.
