Grounds Maintenance

Description

It is the intention of Horley Town Council to conduct an open tender for its grounds maintenance contract. This is a prior information notice and further detailed information will be published on Contracts Finder in June 2023. Information will also be posted on the council's website www.horleysurrey-tc.gov.uk. The contract will be offered for 3 years plus an option for 2 additional years from 1 January 2024. Contract specifications will include Grass Cutting, Hedge Cutting, Football Pitch Preparation, Litter & Dog Faeces Collection, Minor Tree Works, Drains & Ditches, Tennis Courts & Hard Surfaces, Shrub Beds & Borders. Interested parties should please note that the provisional timetable for this procurement is: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) available June 2023 Closing date to express interest and submit PQQ: July 2023 Short listed companies to be sent Invitation to Tender (ITT): Aug 2023. Provisional closing date: Sep 2023. Contract to be awarded: Oct 2023. Contract start date: 1 Jan 2024
