## Description

It is the intention of Horley Town Council to conduct an open tender for its grounds maintenance contract\. This is a prior information notice and further detailed information will be published on Contracts Finder in June 2023\. Information will also be posted on the council's website www\.horleysurrey-tc\.gov\.uk\. The contract will be offered for 3 years plus an option for 2 additional years from 1 January 2024\. Contract specifications will include Grass Cutting, Hedge Cutting, Football Pitch Preparation, Litter & Dog Faeces Collection, Minor Tree Works, Drains & Ditches, Tennis Courts & Hard Surfaces, Shrub Beds & Borders\. Interested parties should please note that the provisional timetable for this procurement is: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire \(PQQ\) available June 2023 Closing date to express interest and submit PQQ: July 2023 Short listed companies to be sent Invitation to Tender \(ITT\): Aug 2023\. Provisional closing date: Sep 2023\. Contract to be awarded: Oct 2023\. Contract start date: 1 Jan 2024
