## Description

Post Office is proposing to put in place a colleague engagement platform through which to better listen to, understand and facilitate action in response to the opinions of colleagues\. Initially the use of the platform is proposed for an all-staff engagement survey but there is a desire to use the platform to deliver further ad hoc, trigger based and 360⁰ surveys, as required\.
