## Description

The existing coastal defence wall in front of Teignmouth Point car park, Strand, Teignmouth is coming to the end of its serviceable life\. The works involve constructing a new steel sheet piled wall in front of the existing structure \(approximately 225m in length\) to include the construction of a concrete capping beam, slab and steps, the design and installation of ground anchors and re-pointing of the existing structure\.
