Strategic Partnership to Support the Delivery of National Highways Action & Inclusion Approach 2023-25

National Highways requires a service provider to assist with the development of the National Highways Inclusion & Action Plan.

This will be delivered by a combination of attending meetings and providing expert opinion and advice and by conducting additional independent and unbiased research that will include on-line surveys, focus groups, engagement discussion forums and structured interviews.
