Work description
This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for research into customer and stakeholder attitudes to railway safety and related matters. The main customer for this research - co-funded by ORR and RSSB - is the Railway Safety Directorate of ORR (the Directorate) with the System Safety & Health Directorate at RSSB being a secondary customer.
