## Description

This is an Invitation to Tender \(ITT\) for research into customer and stakeholder attitudes to railway safety and related matters\. The main customer for this research - co-funded by ORR and RSSB - is the Railway Safety Directorate of ORR \(the Directorate\) with the System Safety & Health Directorate at RSSB being a secondary customer\. The research will be managed by ORR\.
