Requirements capture and re-grading of 80 technology specification drawings from the MCHW - Volume 3

The Manual of Contract Documents for Highways Works (MCHW) contains the documents that are required for the preparation of contracts for highway projects. Its content needs to be generally reviewed and updated, inconsistencies removed, and navigation, accessibility and use of the content improved through a more user-orientated structure and future-proofed content. Highways England (the Client) is procuring technical services to support the review of and update to a suite of Highway Construction Details (MCX drawings) contained in the MCHW - Volume 3, Section 3: National Motorway Communications System Installation Drawings.
