External review of government and Board performance

The ETF is looking for an individual or organisation to work with the ETF Board to complete a governance and Board performance review. We are envisaging that there will be two key phases to the review of ETF's governance covering: i) governance structures or framework (which will be completed by ETF's chosen legal partner) and ii) performance, behaviours and culture of the charity's current Board and governance. It is this latter area (ii) to which this document refers, and for which we are tendering. However, there is an expectation that the consultant will work closely with our legal partner (considering the legal framework) throughout the review.
