Training for Benefits Management & Realisation based on UoS extensive HE experience.

UoS have developed an in-depth approach to Benefits Management & Realisation, funded by public money, which they offer to other HE institutions through provision of training services. https://evidencingbenefits.strath.ac.uk/

We wish to use this expertise to train our own staff in PPSC and the wider Project Management Community of Practice to help with increasing the focus across UoN on benefits realisation from strategic investments - this is supported at Senior Leadership levels, and by Finance Committee, UEB, and PRC committees
