Renewal of Sewage Treatment Plant, Repair and \(where necessary\) Replacement of Combined Waste Drainage, also to install a concrete hardstanding to the plant and a suitable surface on the access road capable to support a 27 tonne tanker\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
