Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to procure Cost Consultancy Services for the delivery of Rawenstall Market. At All RIBA Stages Consultants are required to; advise the Employer's Representative on the need to employ other consultants and make recommendations for the selection of consultants and; attend monthly project progress meetings.
