## Description

The project is to be let as a single construction contract with the contractor being responsible for undertaking all repairs and obtaining all necessary consents, permits, and orders to allow works to commence on site within the in-river working window\. The Contractor will be responsible for the design and specification of the heritage lime mortar \(if required\), plus all temporary works \(e\.g\. scaffolding\) and traffic management\.
