Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Council (BCP Council) via Poole Housing Partnership Ltd (PHP) its Arms-length management organisation (ALMO) requires the consultancy services of a Employers Agent, CDM Principal Designer and Cost Consultant to assist in the management and delivery of two projects; namely the Hillbourne Affordable Housing Scheme and the Herbert Avenue Temporary Accommodation Development. This contract is divided into two separate Lots: • Lot 1 - Consultancy Services for Hillbourne Affordable Housing Scheme • Lot 2 - Consultancy Services for Herbert Avenue Temporary Accommodation
